Join us for a community education event on ESD in memory of Hart Allen, a beloved 13 year-old boy whose life was tragically lost last summer on Lake Blue Ridge.
LBCA is hosting Hart’s mom, Nicole Allen, and Charlie Brunt, a friend and Boy Scout, who are raising awareness about the hidden dangers of ESD in and around lakes, docks, and marinas. To honor Hart’s life and love for the water, Nicole and Charlie are creating awareness of ESD and sharing steps individuals and lake communities can take to keep everyone safe.
